Under the leadership of International President & CEO Charletta Wilson Jacks, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated® advances its legacy of Service to All Mankind® through the 2026-2030 International Program.

The administration's program agenda is designed to strengthen communities, empower families, develop future leaders, and expand the Sorority's impact through sustainable and collaborative service.

Signature Program

AKA Foster the Future: From Here to Hope

AKA Foster the Future: From Here to Hope is the signature program of the 2026-2030 administration. The program focuses on uplifting children and families through resources, education, mentorship, advocacy, and partnerships that create pathways toward stability, achievement, wellness, and long-term success.

 

Target 1: Educational Support & Advocacy

Advancing educational excellence and expanding opportunities for learning, literacy, leadership, college and career readiness, scholarships, mentorship, and academic achievement.


Target 2: AKA Family Matters

Strengthening families and communities through programs that promote healthy relationships, family stability, youth development, safety, preparedness, and multigenerational connections.


Target 3: Health Awareness & Well-Being

Promoting healthier communities through education, prevention, screenings, mental and emotional wellness, healthy lifestyles, and increased awareness of health concerns affecting women, men, youth, and underserved communities.


Target 4: Economic Growth & Success

Supporting financial stability and economic opportunity through financial education, entrepreneurship, career and workforce development, community investment, and access to business development resources.


Target 5: Environmental & Sustainability Action

Promoting environmental responsibility through conservation, recycling, sustainable living, urban gardening, food sustainability, environmental justice education, and community stewardship.


Target 6: Arts Advocacy & Cultural Awareness

Celebrating and preserving arts and culture while expanding access to creative experiences, highlighting African American heritage and contributions, supporting artists and cultural entrepreneurs, and encouraging intergenerational storytelling.


Target 7: The Global Community

Expanding Alpha Kappa Alpha's global impact through international partnerships, cultural exchange, humanitarian service, global awareness, and collaborative service opportunities.


Target 8: Undergraduate Impact Program

Empowering undergraduate members through leadership development, advocacy, personal and professional growth, emotional wellness, safety, civic engagement, and stronger pathways to continued engagement in the Sorority.
